Davis, CA — At Doon Insights, Pharm to Food will be featured during AgTech & FoodTech 13 from May 27-28.
Consisting of a mix of founders, investors, and operators working at the forefront of food innovation, the workshop in Bonny Doon involves discussion panels, SOMM sessions, and startup presentations. Dr. Michael Russelle Alvarez, PhD and Dr. Carlito Lebrilla, Distinguished Professor at the University of California Davis, will be representing Pharm to Food during FoodTech Day on May 28th alongside other hand-picked startups to demonstrate how Pharm to Food generates actionable insights through "deep molecular characterization of complex biological and food matrices" to overall help partners develop next-generation therapies and tools to advance human, animal, and planetary well-being.
